When to stay with Kakitangan.com
Orbit HR is RM249 one-time at the early-bird price, RM349 normally, for unlimited employees. A per-head cloud plan at a typical RM10 to RM15 per employee per month is roughly RM2,400 to RM3,600 a year for 20 staff, and that repeats every year. Check Kakitangan.com's current plan for your own headcount before deciding.
On your own computer. Orbit HR is local-first, and identifiers such as NRIC, bank account and statutory numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. There is no mandatory cloud account and nothing is harvested. A cloud HR platform, by design, holds those records on the vendor's servers.
Yes. Orbit HR has employee self-service: each person logs in scoped strictly to their own record, applies for leave, submits claims with receipts and downloads their payslips and EA form. Leave balances follow the Employment Act 1955 tiers, including per-state public holidays.
