What's new in Orbit HR

Phone screens are smoother to scroll and easier to read.

• Attendance on phone: timesheets scroll with the page instead of inside a small box, and days with no times read "No times entered".
• Clearer tabs: long tab rows fade at the edge to show they scroll, and the Payroll switcher spans the screen.
• Tidier More menu: no repeated heading, less empty space, and a More tab icon that matches the others.

Each employee's rest day is now visible, and the PCB disability reliefs follow the LHDN 2026 spec.

• Rest day shown on the timesheet header and the employee's Attendance tab, for example "Rest day: Monday". Change it by assigning a schedule with the right workdays in Attendance > Schedules.
• PCB 2026 disability reliefs: RM7,000 for a disabled individual and RM6,000 for a disabled spouse. Only runs computed afterwards change; finalized runs keep their figures.

Two customer requests: the HRD Corp levy can be switched off, and attendance times can be typed to the exact minute.

• HRD Corp levy switch in Settings > Rates, for companies that are not registered or are exempt. Only runs computed afterwards change; finalized runs keep their figures.
• Exact clock-in and clock-out times: type 807, 8:07 or 5:42pm instead of picking from 15-minute slots. Invalid times revert on their own.

Orbit HR now reads as a full HR system: the menu, Home and every page are laid out like Orbit Finance, with a new Activity Log and a cleaner look.

Orbit HR can now run HR from hiring to exit, with an AI agent you control, and it recognises your HR team's skills against Malaysia's NOSS standards.

• Agent HR: hiring, onboarding, probation, discipline, performance, separation and final pay, through an Agent inbox. Choose per category whether actions need approval, follow your rules, or run automatically. Actions with legal effect need approval by default.
• 73 bilingual letter and form templates, each citing its legal basis.
• Connect your own tools through an AI app on the same Mac (MCP), the command line, or a local API.
• NOSS competency: correct, repeated use of the app becomes evidence across three HR standards, with Orbit certificates and a portfolio for a JPK PPT application.
